These terms apply to your use of presoldpractice.com and anything you get through it. The site is operated by eMarketingMadeEZ (Patrick Felice, M.D.). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal or business information. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Services

The Pre-Sold Practice service is provided under a separate written agreement with each client. That agreement controls if it differs from this page. In summary:

• Every piece of content is approved by the client, or someone the client names, before it is published or delivered.
• The client owns the final content they have paid for.
• An AI version of a client's voice or likeness is created only with the client's written permission, is used only for that client's practice, and is deleted within 30 days after the work ends.
• We do not use patient images, stories, testimonials or health information, and we do not reply to patients on the client's behalf.
• The client is responsible for making sure the content they approve meets their own medical or dental board, privacy and advertising rules.

Free resources

Free resources, such as the one-page overview, are for your own use. You may not resell or republish them without written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics, videos, logos, and other content on this site belong to Patrick Felice, M.D. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short passages with credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Third-party sites and products

The site links to websites and products run by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or what they sell. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.

No guarantees

The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep things accurate and available, but we don't promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or right for your situation. See our Disclaimer for more.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
