This site, presoldpractice.com, is operated by eMarketingMadeEZ (Patrick Felice, M.D.), referred to here as "we" or "us." This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Email sign-ups. When you ask for the one-page overview, you give us your name and email address, and you may tell us your specialty. Our sign-up forms and email list run on GoHighLevel, which stores that information on our behalf.
• Call bookings. When you book a call, you give us your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your practice. Our booking calendar runs on GoHighLevel.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our pages and service providers may record things like your browser type, device, pages visited, and the site that referred you.

Client materials

When you hire us, you share your explanations, your written material and, with your written permission, recordings of your face and voice. We use them only to create content for your practice, we store them with the service providers that produce that content, and we return or delete them when our work together ends. We don't need, and won't accept, patient health information.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as the overview, a call or our services.
• To send emails you signed up for, including occasional offers.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To answer your questions and keep records we are required to keep.

Cookies and analytics

The site and the services behind it may use cookies and similar technologies to keep pages working, remember preferences, and measure visits. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, send email, book calls and produce client content, or when the law requires it.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it anytime. You can also email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, subject to what we must keep by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
