“I feel like I already know you.”

That's what a new patient says in the consult after months of learning from your practice. That patient isn't comparing prices. The only question left is what you recommend.

The Pre-Sold Practice puts your expertise in front of your patients every day, in your voice, on the platforms they already use. You keep practicing medicine and approve once a month. I built it for my own practice, and I'm now opening it to a small number of others.

The patient who forgot you

A longtime patient mentions that the last treatment was done at the place by the mall. The place was running a special, and the patient forgot you offered it. Quality and price had nothing to do with it. Your practice hadn't said a word to that patient in a year, and the chain had been in the patient's feed every week.

The chains don't win on quality. They win because they show up constantly while you're with the patient in room three. You already know a steady presence would fix this. Every way of getting one has asked you to become someone you didn't train to be.

One theme a week, one new video a day

Each week your practice teaches one topic, chosen from the services you want to be known for. That single decision produces everything on this page.

This week's theme: laser resurfacing A sample week
  1. MonWho is a good candidate for laser resurfacing?
  2. TueWhat the first week of recovery looks like
  3. WedLaser or chemical peel: how I decide
  4. ThuThree questions to ask at any consult
  5. FriWhat laser resurfacing can't fix
  6. SatHow long results last, and what affects that
  7. SunHow to time it around a big event
Written postsThe same topic as short posts on the profiles your practice already has.
NewsletterOne issue on the week's theme, ready for your practice to send to your patients.
Your time this weekNone. You approved it all in one sitting last month.

Your themes come from your own services and the questions your patients ask you every day.

Where it goes

Every video goes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. LinkedIn gets the two or three most professional pieces each week, because your peers and referring doctors are there. Your Google Business Profile gets one written update a week.

Who appears on camera

An AI version of you, built from your face and voice with your written permission. If you'd rather not appear, an AI spokesperson speaks for the practice. You choose once, at setup. Wardrobe and setting change from week to week.

Where the words come from

From you. Scripts are built from a recorded conversation about how you explain things to patients, and from anything you've already written. Every script is yours to edit or reject.

What you get

Once, at setup

  • A voice interviewOne recorded conversation about your services, your patients' questions and what you won't say.
  • Your AI likeness and voice, or a practice spokespersonCreated with your written permission and used only for your practice.
  • A year of weekly themesFifty-two topics mapped to your services and your seasons.
  • Account access through each platform's own rolesYou add us as a team member. You never share a password.
  • A simple way to see what it brings inA front-desk tally and one intake question.

Every month

  • A new short video every dayUnder a minute, captioned, made for the platform it appears on.
  • Written postsFor the same profiles, on the same weekly themes.
  • A newsletter each weekWritten and formatted. Your practice sends it from your own email system, so your patient list never leaves your hands.
  • Publishing, done for youOn your accounts, on a set schedule.
  • One honest reportWhat went out, and what your patients did about it.

Your part is one sitting a month

Once a month you receive a single package: last month's results, next month's four themes to confirm or swap, and the scripts to approve. Choose the themes that match what you want to fill, strike anything you wouldn't say, and you're done. It's designed to take under an hour.

Your practice manager can handle the logistics. Medical claims stay with you, because it's your license.

Nothing is published without approval. If approval runs late, publishing pauses until it arrives.

What we don't do

  • We don't use patient photos, stories or testimonials.
  • We don't reply to comments or messages. Someone on your team does, and we agree who at setup.
  • We don't touch your patient list.
  • We don't promise patient numbers.

It's AI, and we say so

Every video is made with AI and says so, on screen and with the platform's own AI label wherever one exists. The words are yours, reviewed by you.

I would rather your patients hear that from you than work it out later. Disclosure protects the reputation you've spent years earning.

Read exactly how we use AI

What happened in my own office

A patient I've known for twenty years complimented one of my videos during a visit. When I explained that it was an AI version of me, the patient was surprised, then delighted, and it turned into one of the better conversations we've had.

That patient hadn't known, and I'd rather no patient has to find out that way. That's the reason every video we publish says so on screen.

Patrick Felice, MD

I run this on my own practice

I'm a board-certified plastic surgeon. I opened my practice in Connecticut in 1990 and rebuilt it around cash-pay cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. My own practice publishes this way: short educational videos in an AI version of my own likeness and voice, and a patient newsletter. The service on this page is the version of that system I've built for other practices.

Here is what I've seen. Patients mention the newsletter or a video when they come in. They ask about a treatment they saw explained, and that conversation sometimes ends with a service they wouldn't otherwise have asked about. Some new patients have called because of something they watched or read.

I can't give you counts. I haven't measured it yet, and I won't quote numbers I can't back up. I'm setting up the same front-desk tracking in my own practice that every client gets, and when I have numbers I'll share my own monthly report, which is the same page you'd receive.

What you see each month

One page, in the order that matters to an owner.

  1. How many patients mentioned a video or a newsletter, from your front desk's tally.
  2. How new patients said they found you.
  3. One retention figure from your practice software.
  4. How often your content was shared.
  5. How your audience grew on each channel.

The first three come from your front desk and take a few minutes a month. If we don't receive them, the report shows the platform figures and says so.

Who it's for

Owners of cash-pay and elective practices in the United States and Canada: plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, med spas, cosmetic and specialty dentistry, and similar practices where you make the marketing decisions and compete for patients in a local market.

I work with one practice per specialty in each local market. If I work with you, I don't work with the practice down the road.

I'm starting with a small number of founding practices at a reduced rate for the first three months, in exchange for candid feedback and, if you're happy with it, a testimonial.

Questions owners ask

I already have an agency.

Keep them. Paid ads rent attention for as long as you pay. This builds something your practice owns: a library of your own explanations and a habit of showing up every day. The two do different jobs, and the second makes the first work harder.

Will it sound like me?

It starts with a recorded conversation with you, and it draws on anything you've already written. You can edit or reject any script. If a piece doesn't sound like you, it doesn't go out.

I don't want to be on camera.

You never are. You can lend your face and voice to an AI version of you, or you can stay out of it entirely and let an AI spokesperson speak for the practice.

Is this allowed under my board's advertising rules and HIPAA?

You approve every word before it's published, no patient information is used, and the AI is labeled. Advertising rules vary by state and by board, so the final call on any claim is yours, and I'd encourage you to run the approach past your own counsel. I'm a practice owner under the same kind of rules, and I built this to be easy to defend.

How will I know it's working?

From your own front desk first: patients who mention what they saw, and new patients who say that's how they found you. The monthly report puts those ahead of follower counts.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee and a one-time setup fee, with a 90-day start and month to month after that. I'll tell you both numbers plainly on the call, before you decide anything. The comparison I'd make as an owner is what one or two additional patients a month are worth to your practice.

What happens if I stop?

Everything already published stays yours. Your AI likeness and voice are deleted within 30 days, and they are never used for anything else.

See whether it fits your practice

The first call is 15 minutes, by phone. I'll walk you through how my own practice does this, send you examples to look at, and ask what you want yours to be known for. No pitch deck.

Prefer to read first?

I'll email you a one-page overview of how the service works, followed by a few short notes on the questions owners ask most.
